A manual of adapted sexual positions and sex toys for folks with disabilities.

Many people use sexual devices to enhance sexual pleasure – either when masturbating by themselves or when having partnered sex. Many people do not experience orgasm (alone or during partnered sex) unless they use a sexual device. Some people with mobility limitations use sexual devices to increase their range of options to give and / or receive sexual pleasure.

The University of British Columbia and GF Strong Rehabilitation Hospital have published a manual of sexual devices with examples of how people with disabilities can use them to enhance pleasure. Additionally, the manual has information on how Occupational Therapists (OTs) can design adaptive add-ons which allow people with limited mobility to use many popular commercially available devices. The manual can be read as a PDF, and hard copy editions are available through GF Strong rehabilitation hospital.
