Many people use sexual devices to enhance sexual pleasure – either when masturbating by themselves or when having partnered sex. Many people do not experience orgasm (alone or during partnered sex) unless they use a sexual device. Some people with mobility limitations use sexual devices to increase their range of options to give and / or receive sexual pleasure. This Australian catalogue called The MA+ Guide lists many of these devices and explains how they can be used:

In British Columbia, UBC and GF Strong Rehabilitation Clinic have also published a book called the PleasureABLE Guide, which outlines many sexual devices and how they can be adapted for people’s individual needs. You can find it here.
