This book & sex toy store is an important part of Canadian 2SLGBTQIA+ history. At this CQC event we’ll take a tour.

For our next CQC event, we’ll be joining the folks at Real Talk, Real World event to head to the famous Little Sister’s Book & Art Emporium for a tour. Kelsey and John will be running this event.
**We are not able to cover the cost of transport for this event.
We’ll meet between 6:30pm and 7pm at the Blenz coffee shop at the corner of Davie St. and Bute St.. At 7pm we’ll head across the street to the store.
One of the store staff will conduct a slow-paced tour for us, showing us products, explaining how some things work, and sharing stories of the store’s significant place in Vancouver’s LGBTQ history. There will be sex toys, clothing, underwear, T-shirts, stickers, mugs, gifts, and a wide range of LGBTQ books to look at.
The store will be open during the tour, so feel free to bring some money along if you think you’ll want to make some purchases!
Afterwards, we’ll be heading back to the coffee shop to hang out and reflect. Bring some money if you’d like to buy something at the coffee shop.
