Connecting Queer Communities holds a queer winter dance and costume party!

Connecting Queer Communities (CQC) is a social group for folks with cognitive disabilities who are 2SLGBTQIA+, curious, questioning, or who want to hang out with their queer friends.

Back by popular demand, we’ll be ending the year with a big Queer Winter Dance & Costume Party!

We’ll have a DJ, a dancefloor, snacks and pop, and costume contest! Dress up however you want, any theme! We’ll have a costume contest, and prizes for top 3 as voted by the crowd.

We’ll also be bringing back the ever-popular gender play station. You can come and try on clothing, jewelry, and accessories of all genders.

This is our chance to merry and GAY!

When: Friday, December 5th, 7pm – 9pm
Where: BACI New West Office, 336 Columbia Street, New Westminster
Cost: Free
Food: We’ll have snacks like chips and pop, but if you think you’ll be hungry for a proper meal we recommend eating beforehand!

Dress Code:
Wear whatever you want! Be as fancy or as comfy as you wish.
Do I have to 2SLGBTQIA+ to attend this party? No! Everyone is welcome! Bring your friends! Allies welcome!
