Connecting Queer Communities will be marching in the 2025 Vancouver Pride Parade!
Connecting Queer Communities (CQC) is a social group for folks with cognitive disabilities who are 2SLGBTQIA+, curious, questioning, or who want to hang out with their queer friends.
Connecting Queer Communities (CQC) will be continuing to celebrate the 2025 Pride Season by marching in the Vancouver Pride Parade on Sunday, August 3rd. Wear your CQC t-shirt if you have one, and register your spot to join us! Also be sure to wear sunscreen!
We will be meeting folks at Burrard Skytrain Station at 11am, and heading over to the staging area by bus together.
For this CQC event, we’re asking folks to bring fare for the Skytrain ride, as well as some money if they want to buy food or drinks at the end of the parade. If you need help getting to Vancouver Pride Parade, or you need ASL interpretation, email Kelsey at kelsey@real-talk.org.
