Come join Connecting Queer Communities for a 2SLGBTQIA+ costume dance party on Halloween night!
For many of us in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Halloween is the biggest night of the year. There are always costumes, parties, and a chance to be fabulous with our friends. This year, CQC is having a party on Halloween night and we hope you can make it. There will be snacks, beverages, a DJ, a dancefloor, prizes for best costumes, and great company. Rumor has it that Robin Hood might even come by with some gold coins to give away…
This event is free. It’s for folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are 2SLGBTQIA+ or curious, or questioning, or who just want to hang out with their 2SLGBTQIA+ friends.
The party is from 7pm-9pm at 336 Columbia St. in New Westminster. It’s just across from the Columbia Skytrain Station. If you’re able to take public transit or get a ride with family or friends to & from this event, we’d recommend it. (Getting a taxi or an Uber on Halloween night can be tricky. 🙂 )
You do not need to RSVP to this event. You can just show up.
